Spelly's was opened by Joe Spellman, who you will almost always find there, either behind the bar, on the floor, or helping out in the kitchen. This pub is the culmination of his dream and experiences from a lifetime of hospitality. He likes to tell folks he's run five star restaurants, private country clubs, rock n roll nightclubs, down and dirty bars and everything in between. Spelly's is the combination of food, fun and sports that he enjoys. With a heavy Boston accent in the bah(bar to you), the decor is rich, warm and welcoming. The menu features dishes from Joes' travels, including stints working for world class chefs Todd English and Wolfgang Puck.
